Who we are
Livingston Collective Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 17270022), acting through its FIFA Licensed Football Agent, Chloe-Marie Livingston (FIFA Licence No. 202606-12529). Registered office: 167–169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF.
Licensing
Football Agent Services are performed by Chloe-Marie Livingston, a FIFA Licensed Football Agent (Licence No. 202606-12529), on behalf of Livingston Collective Ltd. We are happy to confirm our licence details on request.
Written agreements
We act for a player only under a written representation agreement. Nothing on this website, and no first conversation, creates a representation relationship on its own. We encourage players and families to take independent advice before signing.
Young players and safeguarding
We do not contact players under 18 directly. A parent or guardian is involved in every conversation, and we ask for their agreement, and the young player’s, before any photograph, footage or information is shared. The welfare of the child comes first.
Working with other agents
Where we work alongside another licensed agent or intermediary, roles, authority and any fee arrangements are agreed in writing before anything moves.
Information and privacy
We share a player’s information only for a clear purpose, with the right authority, and we never sell personal data. Our privacy notice explains this in full.
