Our approach

Listening comes first

Every relationship begins with listening. We take the time to understand a player’s ambitions and circumstances before advising on next steps. Where we can help, we say so plainly. Where we can’t, we say that too.

How it starts

From first conversation to agreement

  1. A first conversation

By WhatsApp, email or our contact form. We listen first, and tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.

  2. Getting to know each other

We take time to understand the player’s situation, ambitions and circumstances. Where a player is under 18, a parent or guardian is involved from the start.

  3. A written agreement

Representation begins only with a written agreement that sets out what we will do and on what terms. We encourage you to take independent advice before signing.

  4. Ongoing guidance

From then on we plan in years, not transfer windows, and keep you informed at every step.

For parents and guardians

Every conversation goes through you

If your child is under 18, we speak with you, not around you. We do not contact young players directly, and we ask for your agreement before any photograph, footage or information about your child is shared.
